Dr. Normore is the Chairman of the Criminal Justice Commission on Credible Leadership Development with the International Academy of Public Safety, and the author of several books on social justice and cross-cultural collaboration, including Moral Compass for Law Enforcement professionals.

Dr. Normore will speak on "Leadership and cross-cultural collaboration in support of peacebuilding".
