Dr. Gillece has thirty years of experience working in the behavioral healthfield with fifteen dedicated to trauma and six in prevention of seclusion andrestraint. Working across agencies witha focus on adult and juvenile justice, Dr. Gillece has recently published inAmerican Correctional Association, Corrections Today an article on developingtrauma informed services in Correctional Settings.
