The conference committee is excited about our 2012 venue.  Please join us May 23 to 28, 2012 for reconnecting, fun, learning and relaxation.

Three-Day Conference  The traditional three-day conference begins at dinner on Friday evening and runs through lunch on Monday.  Registration includes all program, overnight accommodation and meals for those three days

Day Fee The day rate for commuters includes conference program for one day with lunch and dinner. 

Pre-Conference In-Depth Workshops:Two Workshops Are Offered.

Building Diverse AVP Communities is a one-day in-depth workshopmeeting morning and afternoon Friday, May 25. You will need to register for oneextra day in addition to the Workshop Fee $45.

A Basic Healing and Rebuilding OurCommunities (HROC) Workshop, leading to a certificate, is offered Wednesdayevening, May 23 through Friday afternoon, May 25.  You will need to register for two extradays in addition to the Workshop fee of $125.

Accommodations:  

Hotel-style accommodations withwi-fi will make this a comfortable and relaxing experience.  Most rooms are double occupancy with privatebath.

The multi-occupancy dormitory roomsare also comfortable with the bath down the hall.  These rooms will be assigned to between twoand four people, depending on requests and room configuration.

A limited number of single roomswith private bath are available.

Registration is limited to individuals over 18 years old. Please complete one registration form per person.

Refund Policy

Your registration fee will be refunded if the registrar is notified before April 22. Refunds after this date will be reviewed by AVP-CA and AVP-USA. Refunds will not be given for “no shows.”

Registration Transfers If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another  (AVP) person at no charge. The registrar must be notified by May 7.  Scholarships are not transferable.


We need your help so we can offer more scholarships for previously incarcerated and first-time attendees. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution.  Thanks for your help.


Meals
   

Food Service will be provided by New WIndsor which will accommodate special
requests (Vegan, Diabetic etc) and has a reputation for fresh, local, organic foods.
