All applications mustbe received by the Scholarship Committee by April 30. All funds (self-pay or from other sources)must be received by May 7th deadline.
     If you can not afford to pay the full cost of the national conference in May, you are encouraged to apply for a partial scholarship from AVPUSA. Contact scholarship@avpusa.org or Beth at 914/419-9874 if you have questions regarding the scholarship process or need a printed (hard copy) scholarship application. In order for the people who need them to to receive scholarships, the scholarship committee gives partialscholarships on the hope that others in your life or AVP world will help you raise the rest.
    Your second step is a recommendation by your local group or if there is no active group, an AVP facilitator with whom you work. This increases transparency and assures your local group is aware of your interest in attending and can support you in your eagerness to go.
