Overnight parking is available at any of the listed parking lots on the campus map.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
NOTE:  SHUTTLE SERVICE SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  PLEASE REFER BACK TO THIS PAGE FOR UPDATES.

Shuttle service for out-of-towners arriving in Richmond will be provided for a cost of $25.00, round trip from Dayton Airport, arrivals zone.  If you have not signed up for a shuttle, do not anticipate one arriving to pick you up at the airport. Those who ordered a shuttle in their registration will receive an email directly to them connecting them with their shuttle drive and their phone number.

GETTING THERE BY OTHER MEANS
 
BY CAR:
  • Please navigate to the campus address, 801 National Road West, Richmond,IN 47374. Check-in will be at the Runyan Center. See the Campus Map above for location.  
     
  • PARKING: 
Parking is available in any of the lots located on the Campus Map.


BY BUS
It is posible to take a Bus from Dayton to Richmond. However, There is one bus from the Greyhound Station in Dayton Trottwood, OH to Richmond. It leaves at 1:10pm and arrives in Richmond at 1:50pm. The bus station is not near the airport. A person who chooses this route would need to take a cab/uber/lyft to the Dayton Trottwood, OH Greyhound Station. When arriving in Richmond, a person would then need to take a cab (no Uber or Lyft in Richmond, IN) to Earlham College from the drop off point, which is a gas station outside of town. The cost would likely be similar to, if not more expenssive, then signing up for the shuttle listed above. 
The return trip from Richmond to Dayton via the same method runs twice, at 6:10am arriving in Dayton Trottwood at 6:50am, and at 5:15pm arriving at 5:50pm.  

BY UBER, LYFT 

A ride by UBER or LYFT to Earlham College from the airport costs around $60.00 for one person, plus $12.00 for each additional person, one way.

Please note that you must create an account and install their app on your phone to access this service.


BY CAB

Cabs are readily available at Dayton Airport as well as at the Greyhound bus stations.  A cab ride from any of these locations is $70.00 one way (plus gratuity) for one person.
