EVENTS:

The conference begins with dinner onFriday evening, May 25 and ends at noon on Monday, May 28, 2018. 

STANDARD (RESIDENTIAL) REGISTRATION::     

Standard registration includes: 


  • Lodging from Friday (check-in from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.) through Monday (checkout by 1:00 pm)
  • Meals Friday evening through Monday lunch
  • Room options in-suite dorm-style single or double occupancy, with shared bathrooms.
  • All conference activities Friday evening through Monday noon
  • Note: Early bird registration lasts until March 17.

COMMUTER REGISTRATIONS   

Early bird rate includes all conference activities from Friday evening through Monday noon.  

Rate increases begin March 18, 2018.

Single Day registrations are available for Commuters

Parking
  • On campus parking available for free.  You can park in any lot on the campus map.

CHANGES TO REGISTRATIONS

To make changes to an existing registration, do NOT use the NEW REGISTRATION link above.  Use the link in the confirmation email you received from RegOnline when you registered.

Refund Policy

Your registration fee will be refunded if the registrar is notified before May 9. Refunds after this date will be reviewed by the Conference Committee and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for “no shows.”

Registration Transfers:  If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another  person at no charge. You may edit your registration to reflect the changes. Changes must be made by May 9.  Scholarships are not transferable.


Lend A Hand

Please help us offer more scholarships for those less fortunate, including returned citizens, youth, and first-time attendees. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution towards scholarships that will enable others to attend.  Thanks for your help.
