YOUTH REGISTRATION

WELCOME YOUTH!

We are pleased to announce that, for the first time, the National Gathering will be accepting youth facilitators of under 18 years of age in attendance.   The process for registering as a youth, or as a chaperone for youth, is described below.  For questions, please contact: youth@avpusa.org. 

Youth should arrange to stay with their chaperone or make arrangements to stay off campus. 

INSTRUCTIONS
- Please complete the conference registration on line.  

- Please complete the documents listed below and email or send to Asher Brunner:
    
    a) online, send scanned documents to:
        youth@avpusa.org, or: 

    b) by mail to: 
        AVP YOUTH c/o A. Brunner
        720 Abington Pike
        Richmond, IN 47374  

        Note: Documents sent in after May 15 must be scanned and sent via email.

- When your documents have been received, a youth committee member will notify the registrar who will contact you.   

- Attend a brief orientation at 5:30 pm at the Arnow Campus Center at Lasell College on Friday, May 26, 2017, before dinner.

Identify a chaperone you plan to come with. (If you have no chaperone, you may request one.  Make your request to youth@avpusa.org.  We will attempt to find a chaperone.)

 3. Medical release

1. Expectations for Chaperone - acknowledged with a signature

2. National criminal background check from SentryLink (www.sentry.ink.com) demonstrating no record of sexual assault or crime committed against youth.  (A background check costs 20.00.)

3.  Names of youth attendee(s) for whom you intend to be chaperone if you are coming to the gathering with particular youth contingent.
