EVENTS:

The conference begins with dinner onFriday evening, May 26 and ends at noon on Monday, May 29, 2017. 

STANDARD (RESIDENTIAL) REGISTRATION::     

Standard registration includes: 

  • All conference activities Friday evening through Monday noon
  • Lodging from Friday (check-in from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.)  through Monday (checkout by 1:00 pm)
  • Meals Friday evening through Monday lunch
  • Room options in-suite dorm-style single or double occupancy, with shared bathrooms
  • Note: Early bird registration lasts until March 31.

Parking
  • On campus parking available for free.  Cars should be registered at the welcome desk.

Refund Policy

Your registration fee will be refunded if the registrar is notified before May 15. Refunds after this date will be reviewed by the Conference Committee.  Refunds will not be given for “no shows.”

Registration Transfers:  If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another  person at no charge. The registrar must be notified by May 15.  Scholarships are not transferable.


Lend A Hand

Please help us offer more scholarships for those less fortunate, including the previously incarcerated, youth, and first-time attendees. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution towards scholarships that will enable others to attend.  Thanks for your help.

We encourage you to say "yes" to sharing information. This will facilitate AVPers getting touch with each other - whether to plan travel together or to share ideas after the gathering.
