The conference committee is excited about our 2014venue.  Please join us May 23 to 26, 2013 for reconnecting, fun, learningand relaxation.

The three day conference begins with dinner onFriday evening and ends with lunch on Monday, May 26.  Registration includes all programs, overnightaccommodations (except for commuters) and meals for the three days.

Standard ConferenceRegistration includes:     

• All conference activities  Friday evening through Monday noon
• Lodging from Friday( check-in beginning at 3 PM)  through Monday (checkout at 9 AM)
• Meals Friday evening through Monday lunch

          --  double occupancy,private bath:  

          --  single occupancy,private bath

         --  Naming your room mate(or your willingness to be assigned) helps the registrar.  

• $320 double or $390 single for standard early bird registration until March 21,

Extending lodging

• Extra night(s) at Temple are available Wed May 21, Thurs May 22 and Monday May 26
• Check in time  is 3 PM
• Meals are not included . Lunch is with your program (separate registration).  Breakfast and supper is on-your-own (or with AVP friends).  There are many eateries within walking distance of the dorm and public transportation to downtown locations
• Double room $ 45/night       Single room $65/night

Day registrations   

• $60 per day Sat. & Sun. includes  program, lunch and dinner.

• $30 Fri. & Sun. (half days)
  

 Preconferences ( May22 and  on May 23)

·        The $50 fee included lunch 

Deadlines:   

Early bird deadline:          March 21.   Save $25 onstandard registration

Regular deadline:              April 21.

Late regration deadline:  May 9.     A $25surcharge is applied.
