If you can not afford to pay the full cost of the national conference in May, you are encouraged to apply for a partial scholarship from AVPUSA. Contact scholarship@avpusa.org if you have questions regarding the scholarship process.  If you need a printed scholarship application, download it here:  hard copy .   In order for the people who need them to to receive scholarships, the scholarship committee gives partial scholarships on the hope that others in your life or AVP world will help you raise the rest.
Â
Ask for what you truly need – not what you want. We have a limited amount to award and want to bring as many people as possible to the gathering. Please contact the Scholarship committee if you have financial needs beyond basic registration.
Â
Scholarships are based on Early-Bird Triple and Commuter occupancy only.  Maximum award is $325.
Your first step is a recommendation by your local group or if there is no active group, an AVP facilitator with whom you work. This increases transparency and assures your local group is aware of your interest in attending and can support you in your eagerness to go.
