Refunds after this date will be reviewed by the Conference Committee. Refunds will not be given for “no shows.” Registration Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no charge. The registrar must be notified by May 11. Scholarships are not transferable. We need your help so we can offer more scholarships for previously incarcerated and first-time attendees. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution.
