One of the most exciting innovations for AVP facilitators has been the development of the online libraries. Two online libraries provide a wide range of resources to support AVP facilitation worldwide. Facilitators can access these electronic resources by PC, smart-phone or other devices and download or print out.
1 AVP Workshop Activities (Blue) Library – has a collection of activities/exercises from many manuals from different countries around the world. These are for the core AVP workshops – Basic, Advanced and Training for Facilitators. Search options include by keyword, title, workshop, building block, Advanced workshop topic, or Training for Facilitators workshop category.
Checkout the many new activities, and old favourite activities with both familiar and new versions.
2 AVP Continuing Learning (Red) Library – is a collection of the learning activities, agendas and other related materials or resources to support local AVP groups continuing learning and agenda development activities. It has articles on best practice, how to facilitate, how to facilitate with different populations, what is AVP, AVP innovations, online AVP activities and agendas and specialised topic agendas, mini manuals and activities.
Note: You must be registered with AVP International website to be able to log-in for access to these international resources.
Online tutorials are available to show facilitators what is in each part of the two libraries, how to find resources to support workshops and how to use them to develop agendas.
